Open up your world

Stretch Therapy... Reach toward a better quality of life.

What is Train Deeply?
We work, we play, we explore, we LIVE...but mindfully preparing, recovering, and maintaining a healthy physical state the way we should is usually at the bottom of our list. We can do more... we can train mind and body deeper! It's a philosophy and a meditation.

Imagine

... more freedom, circulation, and activation in our muscles and joints... to move our bodies without inhibition.

... less likelihood of injury, to be better prepared for the missteps in life.

Training Deeply is for everyone, no matter your age or profession.

Scientifically, stretching is beneficial for improving circulation, improved nervous system efficiency, flexibility, joint range of motion, and can improve how you execute physical activities...be it sports or everyday tasks...like reaching to the top shelf of your cupboard.

Spiritually, finding balance in your body can harmoniously lead to a balanced mind and vice versa.

With these elements in mind, I will intrinsically show you how I demonstrate my care.

Your stretch session is tailored to YOU. I will take you through assisted static or neuromuscular stretches that will activate your muscles, open you up, and lengthen you out. I will mix in manual Tui Na massage techniques and even offer activation exercises to complement your stretch and send you back to your day refreshed and vitalized.

I offer discounted introductory sessions!

Email me below for any questions. Or, just sign up for a session and let's see how you feel!

My practice is unique in how I utilize a diverse set of skills and techniques that serve the singular goal of helping your body help yourself.
Who am I?
My name is Brandon "Private" Freeman.

I am an Army National Guard veteran, Professional Dancer/Artist/Teacher of 30 years, and former physical therapy trainer. I am certified in Applied Stretch Theory and Practice (SFTP) and have training in Qi Gong Tui Na massage. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) with a Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES) and am current with CPR/AED.

My experience, sensitivity, and confidence working with the body can be felt in my touch. This comes from many years of training deeply... and physically connecting with bodies as a dance partner - my favorite thing to do! My clients often feel relaxed, better postured, listened to, cared for, balanced, renewed, and invigorated.

I enjoy a perspective of a care based, one-on-one experience helping people understand their body and feel better about their physical selves. Learning to live healthier should be an ongoing journey. It is my sense of service that drives me... So, whether you are a professional athlete or simply dancing your way through life, let me serve YOU.
"Developing the physical knowledge in my body for over 30 years fuels my passion, and my service, to encourage a healthy and mindful life."
